Available positions

Day Counselor

The day camp counselor is responsible for guiding campers in all scheduled activities. Supervise/assist campers in the performance for BG (blood glucose) testing at designated test and shot time. Observe campers for signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia and provide treatment. Encourage campers to be good team members and role models.

Night counselor

The night camp counselor is responsible for the direct supervision of campers, and for the management of the dorms. Perform BG checks per protocol, at 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. Encourage campers to be good team members and role models.

Graduate nurse and RN

The camp nurse is responsible for supervising health and cleanliness standards and working with the camp physician(s) and the director of medical services and staff to provide adequate physical health conditions for all campers. Supervises and give insulin injections.

Activities director

Responsible for free time and talent night. Free time includes games and activities like volleyball, swimming and the infamous Slip n Slide. It is imperative to have fun and to get the kids excited.
